Investigate refrigerant loss and its cause when an AC system is underperforming.
What this service covers
The visit focuses on confirming a leak, identifying accessible leak points and discussing repair and testing before any recharge.
Planning your visit
Refrigerant is not normally consumed during cooling. Repeated top-ups without addressing a leak can leave the original fault unresolved.
Service for Bronx properties
Active Air is based at 1264 Hobart Ave in the Bronx. Tell us your neighborhood, property type and equipment model so we can confirm coverage and appointment availability. Photos of the existing system and a description of your goals help us prepare for the first conversation.
A clear scope before work begins
After assessing the system, we explain the findings and proposed next steps. Equipment selection, access requirements, any building approvals and additional work depend on the property. Ask what the visit includes and which options need a separate quotation.
