Find the cause of weak cooling, unusual cycling or a system that will not start before deciding on a repair.
What this service covers
Diagnostics may include thermostat operation, airflow, electrical controls, drainage and refrigerant circuit performance.
Planning your visit
Note when the issue began, any error codes and whether it affects every room. Avoid repeatedly restarting a system that trips a breaker.
Service for Bronx properties
Active Air is based at 1264 Hobart Ave in the Bronx. Tell us your neighborhood, property type and equipment model so we can confirm coverage and appointment availability. Photos of the existing system and a description of your goals help us prepare for the first conversation.
A clear scope before work begins
After assessing the system, we explain the findings and proposed next steps. Equipment selection, access requirements, any building approvals and additional work depend on the property. Ask what the visit includes and which options need a separate quotation.
