Provide heating and cooling to individual rooms with a ductless heat pump arrangement.
What this service covers
We consider the number of zones, indoor head positions, line routes, outdoor-unit capacity and condensate drainage.
Planning your visit
A multi-zone system should be sized around the combined load and how rooms are used. More indoor heads do not automatically provide better comfort.
Service for Bronx properties
Active Air is based at 1264 Hobart Ave in the Bronx. Tell us your neighborhood, property type and equipment model so we can confirm coverage and appointment availability. Photos of the existing system and a description of your goals help us prepare for the first conversation.
A clear scope before work begins
After assessing the system, we explain the findings and proposed next steps. Equipment selection, access requirements, any building approvals and additional work depend on the property. Ask what the visit includes and which options need a separate quotation.
